What dates and times are the optional office hour calls? All times are Central US time. All calls are one hour unless otherwise noted. Calls are: Oct. 22, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm (special creative dream call); Oct. 27 at 1:00 pm; Nov. 7, 10:00 am; Nov. 17, 1:00 pm; Dec. 1, 1:00 pm; Dec. 5, 10:00 am.
What if I miss a class? All classes are recorded and you will have access to the recording within 24 hours after the class.
Do I need to attend the office hours in order to get the benefit of the experience? No. The office hours are extra and some people choose not to participate, and others do. It’s personal preference. Office hours are a magical time to ask whatever question you may have and to receive extra guidance on your dreams.
How much extra time do I need to devote to this program? Since this experience is built around your personal intention, you will find that the time you invest is directly related to your life. If you don’t have a journaling practice yet of writing down journeys or visions, you will factor in another 20 minutes or more. Much of the time will be in fun soul play assignments that save you time in the long run. This program is created in a way that each module builds upon another for profound transformation with deep play.
Why is this different than other dream offerings? This experience goes beyond learning from the mind. You will actively engage with the content and in your day-to-day life through meditations, guided exercises, and a plethora of fun new shamanic journeys. As you gain personal wisdom and information from the journeys and your dreams both day and night, you will see new patterns emerge in your life. The journeys will help you consciously transform your life with ease, grace and more fun.
Do I need to remember my dreams in order to participate? No. Some people don’t remember their night dreams and find that over the course of the weeks that they begin to remember. The journeys are also another form of dreams that you will experience every week with the classes.
Do I need to know about shamanism to participate? No. If you have ever done any creative visualizations, journeys or guided meditations then you are set for this experience. There will be many drumming journeys which add an extra level of insight and depth. You will be pleasantly surprised with the fast acting results.
I’m still not sure if this is right for me. What do you recommend? Take a breath, and ask yourself if this feels light, joyful, supportive and transformational. If it does then you have your answer.
